Edit since my original post - After expressing my concerns I received a call from Austin, the owner. The call was genuine, empathetic, took accountability, and sought to make my concerns right. After a discussion we settled on a good middle ground across all of my concerns to meet my needs and ensure my home is well taken care of. I would do business with them again. All of the items I listed in my original post were inconvenient but overall the most important work ended solid which is why I waited so long to post my review. To me, a manager and business owner who is seeking the best outcome for their customers is the best type of person to do business with.

Dalton and the A. Fricker Roofing team helped us save thousands by handling the whole insurance claim process. Big thanks to Dalton for going above and beyond to help us get our roof replace. We thought that there be no hope to get it approve but somehow Dalton was knowledge enough to spot the difference others contractors missed. We're extremely glad that we decided to give them a chance. Otherwise we would have had to pay for our entire roof out of pocket as our claim was previously denied by insurance. We'll definitey be reccomending Dalton and the A. Fricken Roofing team to our family and friends!

I would recommend Fricker Roofing. Sam was the contact person. He was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I was extremely pleased with Sam, and the repair crew. The repair was timely and done with care. Fricker Roofing cleaned all of debris that occurred during the repair. I would hire Fricker Roofing for any roof repair. Sam is an excellent representative for Fricker. He is professional, open to questions, friendly, and wants the best roof repair. Update from 11/21/25: Yesterday late afternoon with the rain we noticed a leak in the attic. We called and were promptly placed on the schedule for this morning. Kyle came by even earlier than expected and had the problem diagnosed quickly as well as doing a roof examination. While he showed us photos of the roof that show signs of wear and tear he told us we weren't in need of a new roof just yet and that a simple sealant around a pipe would take care of the leak we discovered yesterday. He was able to quickly take care of that for us! We have used A Fricker Roofing now about 3 or 4 times and they never disappoint. We will happily contact them again if/when the need arises. We are very happy with the care we have received. Yesterday (Sunday) mid morning, we noticed two places where water had leaked into our home after a big rain in the early morning hours. We called and left a message with the answering service. Austin called us back very quickly and said he'd make sure we were on the schedule for today (Monday) to investigate the leaks. Stephen called early this morning and came by to look at our issues. By 9:45 he had sent us an estimate for fixing the areas around some vents that had been the cause of the leak. By 10:30 Rob was at our front door ready to fix the issues and he was finished before noon! Austin, Stephen and Rob were each so kind and understanding of how important this was for us to have a timely repair as more rain is predicted this week. From our experience we can see how A. Fricker Roofing has earned all the five star reviews. Thank you!

Cody at A. Fricker is the absolute best! He and my insurance office worked hand in hand to make this the most painless roof replacement I could have imagined. They really went above and beyond, I'm so grateful for Cody and the whole A. Fricker team. Highly recommend!

I started this journey with Fricker in May of 2025. I have State Farm and the claims people made it difficult. Jeremy with Fricker was on them from start to finish. I finally have my roof by middle of October. I would highly recommend this company. Jeremy even gave us some information regarding my siding. Awesome job!!!

This review is long overdue. We were on a tight schedule and needed some roofing repaired. I personally worked with Joe Lockwood in doing the repairs. I can’t recommend them enough. When they say they will do something, they get it done. We had a string of bad weather which was putting us behind schedule. His team worked on Father’s Day (a Sunday) to help us meet a deadline, working late into the evening to get the job done. Most people would’ve just flaked out with the weather and made excuses. Not them. I would 100% recommend them and use them again.

Very good service with good follow-up. They did everything they said they would do. Would recommend them to all.
