I started this journey with Fricker in May of 2025. I have State Farm and the claims people made it difficult. Jeremy with Fricker was on them from start to finish. I finally have my roof by middle of October. I would highly recommend this company. Jeremy even gave us some information regarding my siding. Awesome job!!!

This review is long overdue. We were on a tight schedule and needed some roofing repaired. I personally worked with Joe Lockwood in doing the repairs. I can’t recommend them enough. When they say they will do something, they get it done. We had a string of bad weather which was putting us behind schedule. His team worked on Father’s Day (a Sunday) to help us meet a deadline, working late into the evening to get the job done. Most people would’ve just flaked out with the weather and made excuses. Not them. I would 100% recommend them and use them again.

I had gotten two other quotes from other roofers who did a great job “selling”, but I knew A. Fricker was the right choice because of the honesty and integrity I saw in James when he didn’t compete with what other companies had pitched, but spoke truthfully with confidence. Mine was an insurance claim that was a fight. James would not give up even when I said I was ready to. And he made it happen! I have a beautiful new roof, and gutters on the way. It was SO easy. Joe came out and gave my roof a look when I was having issues from a storm. He then worked with the insurance adjustor to make sure I was taken care of. Team was fast, clean, and professional with everything they did! Roof looks awesome and I HIGHLY advise anyone who needs some help navigating a new roof, or even just some roof work done, to call them for sure!
