I had a very positive experience with my roof replacement by A. Fricker Roofing. Their representative Dalten Nguyen was extremely helpful Guiding me through the the experience, he explained how the insurance process would work and he worked with my insurance company to get us what we need it regarding the roofing guttering and other items on our home. The installing team and supervisor for that team were very good answered all my questions while they were working on the roof and did a very good job of cleaning up afterwards

The Fricker Roofing guys were great! They attacked our roof replacement project with a crew of men and got it done in a day and a half. We experienced quality workmanship, friendly workers and they left our property exactly as it was before they arrived. They protected our landscaping and cleaned up everything including the countless nails that came off the old shingles. Sam Harrison represented Austin Fricker and the company extremely well! They delivered on everything Sam said they would! This was a relatively painless process for us and we really appreciated that!

Five stars! We recently ran into some serious leakage issues and called on Fricker. They looked into our situation and did a full assestment, free of charge. So we decided to put them on the case and then, a day into the job, their experts uncovered even more problems as they dug around (we have a 45 year-old flat roof). Being fully honest and above board, they committed to fixing what they could and *refunding us* the rest. Well, wouldn't you know, recently we had another downpour and their fixes, the parts of the roof they could get to, held up 100%. We couldn't be more satisfied with a service company. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
