You know, I don’t even know where to start. I filed a claim back in March with a different roofing company, and after my insurance denied my claim, and the other roofing company ghosted me, I called Africker Roofing. Joe came out and looked over my roof and started the long and tedious process of trying to help me get my denial overturned, multiple trips to our house to get photos and videos to turn over to them, doing painstaking research on my shingles and all sorts of other things above and beyond. I had such bad damage that I was starting to get water damage in my living room, I called Joe and told him we had water damage appearing right before our eyes, and more rain was on the way. Joe came out that day and tarped up the area where the water was getting in during a break in the rain. He was there when the insurance gave us a reinspect, and ultimately approved our claim. I just can’t thank Joe and Africker Roofing enough for helping us through this whole situation and going above and beyond. I will recommend them to everyone that has roofing needs!

I worked closely with Connor Dibler and I can't say enough positive things about Connor and the work performed at my house. The work included a total roof replacement and replacement of damaged and rotten siding. I experienced considerable resistance from my insurance carriage and I have no doubt that it was the continuing diligence of Connor that finally resulted with the carrier approving a full roof replacement. This process took about 16 months. I have sent friends and family to Connor and A. FRICKLER for their roofing and siding needs and will continue to do so.

He was so patient with me in answering all my questions, and communicated everything so honestly and so well.
