Ballasted Roof

After a storm knocked some shingles loose, I called them expecting a long wait. They managed to come the next morning and secured the area first to prevent further damage. I liked that they didn’t just replace the missing pieces but inspected the surrounding sections too. A few other loose shingles were found and fixed on the spot. Scheduling confirmation took a while, but once they arrived, everything moved efficiently. The roof has held up through strong winds since then without any issues.
