The Fricker Roofing guys were great! They attacked our roof replacement project with a crew of men and got it done in a day and a half. We experienced quality workmanship, friendly workers and they left our property exactly as it was before they arrived. They protected our landscaping and cleaned up everything including the countless nails that came off the old shingles. Sam Harrison represented Austin Fricker and the company extremely well! They delivered on everything Sam said they would! This was a relatively painless process for us and we really appreciated that!

Jeremy responded promptly to our emergent roof inspection request that was identified during a home sale inspection. He discovered that the source of the leak was not a roofing issue but in fact a crack in the stucco chimney. He would not accept a service call payment and he referred us to a contractor for the chimney repair. Thanks to Jeremy we were able to swiftly diagnose our issue, repair it and successfully close on our home sale. Nothing but respect for the manner in which Jeremy responded and advised us. You should use him for your roofing needs.

Sam Harrison from Fricker Roofing was my contact person. Sam was professional, thorough in the inspection process. He was available to meet with my insurance adjuster. He also kept in contact with me and answered my texts. Sam explained the process of the projects to be completed due to storm damage. The forms for insurance were sent to the claims adjuster in a timely manner.

I was told the hail in my area was either 2¼” or 2¾”. Either way, it was massive. I was sitting at home during the storm and could literally hear my roof, which I had put on in 2019, getting absolutely hammered. It was one of those moments where you just knew it couldn’t be good.The next day, I noticed Kyle looking at a neighbor’s house and finishing up an inspection. Honestly, since my roof was only a few years old, I figured there was no way I had any serious damage. I was wrong.Kyle walked over and took a look with me. He immediately pointed out dents in the gutters, torn screens, and damage to the fence. Then he had his crew get up on the roof, and that’s when reality set in. It was a total loss.I can’t stand dealing with insurance companies. It’s one of those things I dread more than just about anything. I literally called State Farm, hit the merge button, and brought Kyle into the conversation. From that moment on, he handled everything professionally and kept me informed every step of the way. Over the next couple of weeks, he stayed in constant contact, answered my questions, calmed my nerves, and even put up with a little of my emotional drama along the way.The materials arrived on Thursday, and by Friday the entire job was done. The crew worked hard, cleaned up after themselves, and the roof looks fantastic. It honestly looks as good as, or better than, the one I had before the storm.Most importantly, I felt like I was dealing with someone I could trust. Kyle made a stressful situation feel manageable and gave me confidence that everything was going to be okay.Hopefully I don’t need another roof anytime soon, but if I do, Kyle will be my first call. If you’re dealing with storm damage and want someone who is honest, professional, and genuinely cares about taking care of people, I can’t recommend him enough.10/10. Highly recommended.
