It’s so clear that the leadership and team in this company are what makes them stand out above the rest. James Hartley was assigned to my job. I had gotten two other quotes from other roofers who did a great job “selling”, but I knew A. Fricker was the right choice because of the honesty and integrity I saw in James when he didn’t compete with what other companies had pitched, but spoke truthfully with confidence. Mine was an insurance claim that was a fight. James would not give up even when I said I was ready to. And he made it happen! I have a beautiful new roof, and gutters on the way. This company is the best you’ll find. Thank you to James and the entire team at A. Fricker!

Working with A. Fricker Roofing has been one of the best experiences I’ve had as a homeowner. We experienced damage from a storm back in March, and were recommended to work with A. Fricker from 10+ neighbors. We were blessed to work with Joe Lockwood, who was our PM. Joe’s professionalism, attention to detail, and authenticity were exceptional. Joe was thorough with his inspection, tarped my roof to help prevent any further damage, outlined next steps, and kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. Joe went above and beyond when insurance mishandled the claim, working for 6+ months to get them to do it right. Within 3 days of getting the claim approved, the new roof was scheduled for install. Our install included new decking, and even with the additional work needed - it was completed in a single day. The crew was exceptional, taking the time to prep the site to protect the property, maintained a clean site, and left the site clean! After all of this, Joe went the extra mile and helped me get my insurance to review the new roofing materials and get a reduction in insurance premiums (with the new R3 class shingles). Definitely recommend this company, and appreciate Joe and the team at A. Fricker Roofing!

It was SO easy. Joe came out and gave my roof a look when I was having issues from a storm. He then worked with the insurance adjustor to make sure I was taken care of. Team was fast, clean, and professional with everything they did! Roof looks awesome and I HIGHLY advise anyone who needs some help navigating a new roof, or even just some roof work done, to call them for sure!

From first contacting Dalton to the finish line things went smoothly. He kept me informed of next steps and worked with the insurance company. The crew was hard working and efficient. The roof looks great. I'm very satisfied with the job done.
