Their representative Dalten Nguyen was extremely helpful Guiding me through the the experience, he explained how the insurance process would work and he worked with my insurance company to get us what we need it regarding the roofing guttering and other items on our home. The installing team and supervisor for that team were very good answered all my questions while they were working on the roof and did a very good job of cleaning up afterwards

Jeremy responded promptly to our emergent roof inspection request that was identified during a home sale inspection. He discovered that the source of the leak was not a roofing issue but in fact a crack in the stucco chimney. He would not accept a service call payment and he referred us to a contractor for the chimney repair. He also kept in contact with me and answered my texts. Sam explained the process of the projects to be completed due to storm damage.
