I had a very positive experience with my roof replacement by A. Fricker Roofing. Their representative Dalten Nguyen was extremely helpful Guiding me through the the experience, he explained how the insurance process would work and he worked with my insurance company to get us what we need it regarding the roofing guttering and other items on our home. The installing team and supervisor for that team were very good answered all my questions while they were working on the roof and did a very good job of cleaning up afterwards

The Fricker Roofing guys were great! They attacked our roof replacement project with a crew of men and got it done in a day and a half. We experienced quality workmanship, friendly workers and they left our property exactly as it was before they arrived. They protected our landscaping and cleaned up everything including the countless nails that came off the old shingles. Sam Harrison represented Austin Fricker and the company extremely well! Jeremy responded promptly to our emergent roof inspection request that was identified during a home sale inspection. He discovered that the source of the leak was not a roofing issue but in fact a crack in the stucco chimney. He would not accept a service call payment and he referred us to a contractor for the chimney repair. Thanks to Jeremy we were able to swiftly diagnose our issue, repair it and successfully close on our home sale. Nothing but respect for the manner in which Jeremy responded and advised us. Sam Harrison from Fricker Roofing was my contact person. Sam was professional, thorough in the inspection process. He was available to meet with my insurance adjuster. He also kept in contact with me and answered my texts. Sam explained the process of the projects to be completed due to storm damage. The forms for insurance were sent to the claims adjuster in a timely manner.
